These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern all sales made on the Bloom-Nova website. Any order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these GTCS.

Prices are shown in euros (€), including all taxes (VAT included). Bloom-Nova reserves the right to change prices at any time. Products are invoiced based on the prices in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

ARTICLE 4 — ORDER

The order is confirmed once payment has been validated. A confirmation email will be sent to the address provided at checkout.

Bloom-Nova reserves the right to cancel any order in case of stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

Payment is made online through a secure system. Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout.

All transactions are encrypted and secure. Bloom-Nova does not store any banking information.

ARTICLE 6 — DELIVERY

Orders are shipped only within mainland France.

• Standard delivery: free — 5 to 7 business days
• Express delivery: €4.99 — 2 to 3 business days

Delivery times start from payment confirmation. Bloom-Nova cannot be held responsible for carrier delays.

ARTICLE 7 — RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without providing any reason.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of our error or defective products.

ARTICLE 8 — REFUNDS

Once the return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued within 14 days using the same payment method used for the purchase.
